Returns Policy
At Koala Mowers, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if a product is found to be faulty upon inspection, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. To be eligible, the fault must be identified immediately upon purchase or use. Products that have been heavily used or mistreated will not be considered factory faulty, and as such, will not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims.
