Koala Mowers is a locally owned and operated outdoor power equipment business based in Emu Plains. We sell and service premium brands including Bushranger, Greenworks, Cox, Wright, Scag, and Rato. With a growing customer base and a strong reputation for quality service, we are looking for a skilled Small Engines Mechanic to join our team.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of outdoor power equipment including push mowers, ride-ons, brushcutters, blowers, and other small engine machines. This role suits someone with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and pride in their workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair petrol and battery-powered outdoor equipment
- Conduct scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and manage workflow efficiently
- Provide technical support and advice to customers when needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organised workshop
About You:
- Trade qualification in small engines or relevant mechanical experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
